Introduction

Wargah aims to create a safe e-commerce platform that guarantees users their rights, helps Tutors to find projects that they can implement, and helps project owners to find professional Tutors who carry out their various work. To achieve this, we ask our valued users to adhere to and understand the following conditions well. If you do not agree to any of the following conditions, please do not use a separate site and do not create an account with it. By using an Wargah website, you acknowledge your full acceptance of these terms. 

The correctness of the information provided by the user 
The user guarantees that all the information that he adds in his account in Wargah is completely correct, and the user is fully responsible for any wrong information that he adds. 



Do not create more than one account 
The user is obligated not to create more than one separate account, and if he encounters a problem with his first account, he must follow up with an Wargah team to solve the problem. 



Using more than one person for the account independently 
The registered user undertakes to be the only one who uses the account and is responsible for everything that is done through his account, and it is not currently allowed for more than one person to use one account in a standalone. 



User age is over 18 years old 
The registered user is obligated to be more than 18 years old, and independently may request documents to prove this if the need arises. 



Request documents before registering in the Wargah
Wargah site may request personal documents such as identity or passport to prove the identity of the user before allowing him to complete use of the site. 



Suspending the account and asking for documents about it 
Wargah commercial site, an Wargah team may suspend the account of any user who is suspected or violates the terms, and the site has the right to request personal documents about the user to prove his identity to reactivate the account, and documents may also be requested to verify his ownership of a PayPal account or credit card. 



Violating the terms and preventing the account from dealing 
Wargah site has the right to ban accounts that violate the terms of the site or those that cause damage to the site or its users permanently and without returning to the user or alerting him. 



Username and profile 
The username should be a name that has a meaning and not just symbols or numbers. It is prohibited to use any names that incite hatred, violence, or the use of any trademarks as a name for the user. It is not permitted at the present time to use company names as a user name and the user is obligated to write his real name in his personal file. Note that this name is not adjustable. 
Personal photo: The user is obligated to put his real personal photo and not to put a picture of another person in his account, or promotional pictures ... The personal profile must express the user in a brief way, it is not allowed to add external means of communication or promotional phrases for other projects within the profile.

 

 

Wargah commission 
The commission for Wargah platform is deducted from the Student and not from the Tutor, the Student has no right to ask the tutor to pay Wargah commission, the Student must submit his commission that will be deducted from the amount he put in the offer. 



Refunds shipped via standalone 
The balance is returned by the project owner opening a technical support ticket requesting his money back. 
The return process is subject to several conditions, including: 
Terms of the payment method (PayPal and credit cards). If the payment method, for example, does not provide the option to return the amount, we cannot do that independently, and in general, the balances are available for response in the event that this is possible within 177 days from the date of shipment as a maximum. 
If the payment method provides the return within a specified period, we are obligated to this period. 
Therefore, we ask you, dear, to make sure by reading the terms of the payment method you use before paying, and then follow-up with the support team in Independent 
Returns are made exclusively to the payment method that was used, as we do a refund process for the amounts to be recovered. 



Dealing with content 
Wargah site has the right, without being obligated, to delete or hide offers or projects that violate the terms of the site or those that cause harm to the site or its users, and without recourse to the user. 



Copyright and intellectual property 
Hypothetically, and unless otherwise agreed upon by the beginning of the project, Student owns all intellectual property rights and copyrights for the projects he received through Wargah. The Tutor has no right to impose additional rights on the project after starting its implementation or delivery. 



Countries and regions not dealt with 
Wargah services are not available in the European Union nor for companies or individuals residing in the following countries: Afghanistan, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Somalia, South Sudan, Syria, Crimea Region of Ukraine, Zimbabwe 



Accounts suspended 
The user uses a payment method that is stolen or not owned by him. 
The use of the account by more than one person, whether they are a team or a company, as only one person is allowed to use the account independently and work on projects on it. 
The user (Tutor) plays the role of a mediator in projects, so that he receives a project as an independent and then hires another person to work on it outside or inside an independent platform (in this case the mediator is prohibited and obligated to pay any amounts due and perform any work at the discretion of technical support). 
An attempt by the user to defraud the freelancer by requesting all the work in messages before he is hired 
The user caused any harm towards any other user or independent website. 
The Student avoids paying the platform commission through external payment, and the ban is immediate and final. 
Insist on communicating outside of Wargah platform without necessity. 
Failure of the Tutor to pursue work after starting it without a fundamental reason and cause the owner of the project to waste time. 
The Tutor publishes a work not prepared by him in the exhibition of his work. 
The user impersonates another person on the site. 
Upload a personal photo for the account that is not a picture of the account owner himself, including using pictures of public figures. 
Selling the account, and upon discovering the sale of any account, it is immediately suspended with its balance and no party can benefit from it. 
Create a tutor for more than one account and use them for any reason. 
Posting fake projects or spam. 
Use Google Adwords to advertise a freelance business or any other website content. 
  

Interactions between users and preservation of rights 
Wargah  site that guarantees the rights of the two parties in the event that they adhere to the terms and in the event that the agreement between them is completely clear from the beginning. 
Your sharing of any private, bank, or other personal data with users is at your own risk, and this does not relate to any payments you make on the platform, as these are 100% secure and not a data sharing.
