As students in the systems analysis and design course, you are required to form groups of 3 - 4 students each; Each group should perform the role of system analyst to identify requirements, analyze and design one of the following software systems: 1. Prayers time clock. 2. ATM (minimum functionality: balance inquiry, cash withdraw, and money transfer). 3. Selling machine. 4. Any other system with pre-approval from the course lecturer. You should submit a report as .pdf that includes: 1. Cover page with project title, Course number and name, your names and your instructor name. 2. An introduction of the system and describe the problem statement and the proposed system. 3. Project schedule (Gantt chart) (2 1 mark) 4. System Requirements (1 mark) 5. Process model (Context diagram, Level-0 DFD, Level-1 DFDs, and optionally more levels DFDs). (5 marks) 6. Data Model (ER diagram). (4 marks) 7. Conclusion: 1- All models should be produced using graphical tools such as MS-Visio or any other tool. 2- A presentation and discussion session(s) for your work will be announced after the submission date.
